From October 15 to 23, Prof. Ling Zhi, Dean of the College visited Brazil and Chile with the Univerisity delegation. Prof. Ling held friendly discussions and in-depth exchanges with mathematical colleagues in the local universities and institutions, including University of São Paulo and Federative University of Campina Grande in Brazil, as well as University of Talca and Catholic University of Valparaiso in Chile, and reached a series of collaborative intents. Prof. Ling also signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of the college with the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics in the University of São Paulo.
