报告题目:Transport properties in quantum many-body systems
报告摘要:Dynamics are localized to strictly linear light cones in spacetime in classical and relativistic field theory, while non-relativistic quantum dynamics lack this feature. For few-body quantum dynamics, standard PDE techniques allow to derive ballistic upper bounds on quantum transport, but the methodology does not extend to many-body systems, due to substantial technical difficulty as the number of particles grows to infinity. In recent years, we have developed a technique, based on monocity estimates for certain time-dependent observables, to study transport properties in general quantum many-body systems. In this talk, we first give an overview on the mathematical setup for quantum many-body system on lattices. Then we present our recent results on various propagation constraints for the transport of particle and information in quantum many-body systems with strong interaction. Based on joint works with I. M. Sigal, M. Lemm, J. Faupin, and others.
