报告题目： Sum-product problem

报告简介： Erdos-Szemeredi (1983) introduce the sum-product problem. Nowadays, there are many applications of sum-product estimates in number theory, fractal geometry, harmonic analysis, itc. In this talk, I will introduce the problem, and show the sum-prodcut estimates of Elekes (1997) by applying point-line incidence estimate. In the end, I may show how to prove the incidence bound via polynomial method.

报告人：陈昌昊，安徽大学数学科学学院教授。从事分形几何相关领域的研究工作，主要研究分形集的结构、分形投影、Weyl和的渐近估计。在Adv. Math, Math. Ann，IMRN 等国际知名学术期刊上发表20多篇学术论文，主持国家自然科学基金1项.
