报告题目：The Sum-Product conjecture and related problems

报告简介：The Sum-Product conjecture is one of the most famous open problem in additive combinatorics and combinatorial number theory. It was proposed by Erdos and Szemeredi several decades ago. In this talk, I will give an overview of the famous Sum-Product conjecture and several related conjectures.

报告人：徐文强老师，美国西蒙斯基金会成员（Simons Foundation Fellow）。2013-2018年本科就读于武汉大学和伦敦大学学院，2019年硕士毕业于剑桥大学，2024年博士毕业于斯坦福大学，导师为Kannan Soundararajan和Jacob Fox。已在国际数学期刊GAFA，Compositio，Trans.AMS，IMRN，JAMA，Algebra & Number Theory等杂志发表论文18篇。徐老师将从今年下半年开始，于美国柯朗研究所从事研究工作。
