报告题目:Open-source Initiative for Multiphysics Solvers
报告简介:Multiphysics modeling and simulation are crucial for tackling various scientific and engineering challenges. The mathematical models for multiphysics problems (e.g., thermal, fluid, solid, electric, magnetic, chemical, etc.) often involve a set of coupled partial differential equations, which require the efficient solution of associated discrete linear systems. This area of research has gained significant attention, and we propose an open-source platform for tackling multiphysics problems. Our platform integrates pre-processing and post-processing, discretization, algebraic solvers, sparse matrix manipulation, parallel computing, machine learning, and algorithm testing. Our goal is to establish an open-source toolchain for coupled multiphysics simulation, with the aim of supporting the development of CAX software.
报告人:张晨松,中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院,研究员。2002年获南京大学计算数学硕士学位,2007年获得美国马里兰大学应用数学博士学位。此后,曾在宾州州立大学、北京国际数学研究中心和北京大学从事博士后研究或访问学者工作。主要研究兴趣:快速求解算法及其在油藏模拟、复杂流动、流固耦合等问题中的应用。2012年在第二十一届国际区域分解法会议(法国)做大会特邀报告,2022年国际多重网格法大会(瑞士)做大会特邀报告。曾在Handbook of Numerical Analysis、M3AS、SINUM、Numer Math、JCP等国际一流期刊发表了多篇学术论文。
