报告题目：On the short interval version of the $L_1$ norm of the exponential sum defined with the Mobius function.

报告简介：In 2001, Balog and Ruzsa proved the best possible bound for the $L_1$ norm of the exponential sum over $r$ free numbers.As a corollary, they gave the the $L_1$ norm of the exponential sum defined with the Mobius function. In this talk, I will first introduce their work and then give the short interval version of their theorem, especially for the short interval version of the Mobius case.This is work in progress and our results might still change.
