报告简介：In this lecture we will present the main historical facts on development of the theory of generalized inverses. We will present basic motivations as well as applications of this theory. Also, we will focus our attention on some of the most important recent results and give a brief description of some ideas and results.

报告人简介： Dragana S. Cvetković-Ilić 塞尔维亚Niš大学教授，主要从事广义逆理论及其应用方面的研究，在Linear Algebra Appl.，Proc. Amer. Math. Soc.，Linear & Multilinear Algebra，J. Austra. Math. Soc.，Acta Math. Sci.，Appl. Math. Comp.，J. Operator Theory等SCI杂志上发表学术论文80多篇，先后获塞尔维亚数学会颁发的数学科学成就奖、塞尔维亚最具影响力的40岁以下数学家国家奖、塞尔维亚“科学界的妇女”，现为国际线性代数学会高级会员，SCI杂志Filomat，Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics，Annals of Functional Analysis的编委和杂志Facta Universitatis的主编。
