报告题目:Fourier Transform and Poisson Summation for Discrete Gaussian Measure on Lattices
摘 要:Lattice-based cryptography has been a popular subject for its efficient performance and potential resistance to quantum computers. In constructing lattice based crypto-systems and performing security analysis, discrete Gaussian measure is often a natural choice. Fourier transform and Poisson summation can be used to define useful lattice parameters whose estimations have impact on efficiency and security assessment. In this talk, we shall first make some remarks about (continuous) Fourier transform from the perspective of the Chinese remainder theorem. After that, we will present several improved bounds for some of the parameters including the smoothing parameter.
